Working with Myrta was an awesome experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and hands on every aspect of the process. Myrta went out of her way to guide me through the entire process. She is extremely up to date on current market conditions. I had several realtors that commented on my property being too expensive. Myrta did her homework, had her comps, and set me up to sell quickly at my "too expensive" price. I trusted her professional opinion and boy did she come through. Myrta is definitely a 5 STAR agent. There are plenty of realtors to choose from. That doesn't mean that they are good at what they do. Myrta Perez is an EXCEPTIONAL agent! I could not be happier.
