Being from PA., I was not familiar with any realtors in the area to sell my mother’s home. I spent hours on line looking for the perfect realtor when I came across an article about selling “the worst home on the street.” After reading it, I knew I found the perfect realtor and I was right when we hired Philippa Main. She is exactly what I wanted. She answered all of our questions and was available for us. She is honest in telling us what we needed to do to get the house ready. We did what she asked and she was right. We had multiple offers after listing. If you want your house to be listed by someone who is committed in getting your house sold, call Philippa Main. It will be the best thing you ever did.
