He is by far the best agent we have had in buying / selling 5 houses over the years in 4 states. He worked tirelessly for 3 months in trying to find us a house we liked. He kept us informed about new houses as they came on the market, provided us with the market analyses, comps, homeowners’ disclosures etc., and arranged showings promptly. In the current seller’s market, it was difficult to find a house because the houses were selling very quickly. When we got discouraged, Chuck basically “held our hand” and guided us through the ordeal until we found the house we just love! When it came time to sell our house in Spring Hill, Florida, we did not hesitate to engage Chuck to sell it for us. He took a thorough look at our house, did the market analysis, and recommended a price that we were very happy with. He then proceeded to sell the house within 5 days for full list price. We were very satisfied with the pleasant experience and the final outcome in both these transactions. We also became good friends in the process. Chuck is very professional and has a great sense of humor! We would recommend him highly for anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Tampa area!
