We have had the pleasure of working with John twice in the last 7 years. We moved to SoFL from Colorado and John worked with us to find our perfect home. We are not from FL. John was so helpful in understanding our needs, learning the towns and neighborhoods, and getting us to our home we purchased. He was insightful, supportive and focused on getting us the best place. We met Charlotte in February 2025 when we decided to sell our condo in Boynton Beach Florida. The condo market was soft, but Charlotte was optimistic that we would be able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. She walked us through the process and explained each step clearly. We had our first offer in early March. With Charlotte's counseling we counteroffered, and it was accepted, and we had a closing date of March 30th. Like most things in life, plans have a way of changing. Due to a number of issues, related to the buyer's approval by the condo board, and a leak in the ceiling of the condo we did not close until July 3rd.
