Cherisse was very knowledgeable of all the homes in the area I was looking to buy. She used her knowledge to negotiate the buying price of my house. She calculated square footage, location, age of home etc etc. my closing was smooth and within the 30 days she said it would be. This review only let you give 5 stars but Cherisse could easily get an extra star.

It was a pleasure working with Joyce for the last few years. She is very knowledgeable of the market and takes the time to listen to your needs. I was not an easy buyer and she was very patient with me throughout the process. I lived in NY while purchasing a home in Jupiter and Joyce was there to take videos and walk through appointments for me. She is honest, reliable and smart. Would highly recommend her.
