Well I'm not the person that usually write reviews, however I feel like I have to do this in this case.Everything started on a rainy day in Fort Lauderdale, my family and I decided to go out and look at open houses because we were thinking about buying a home, again THINKING about it.Well we bumped into Helen, she seemed to be a very polite person, well educated, and very friendly so we decided to stay a bit and talk to her.Helen turned out to be extremely helpful, she showed us probably 30 homes in less than 2 months.Helen explained that her job is more service than sales. she proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Helen would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Helen also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.I will recommend Helen to anyone that is on the hunt for a property, needless to say that with her even if you only THINKING to buy, you will endup to be a homeowner.Helen thanks very much indeed!!
