I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Clerna. I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I’d met with a couple of real estate agents before Clerna, but I knew instantly she was the right one. She is honest and hands-on, she never left my side thorough the process! She answered my questions and questions I didn’t know I had. Clerna walked me though every step of negotiations, even suggested that I write a letter to the sellers explaining why my daughter and I were the right buyers (with photos attached) ! She really helped take the pressure off of me. I was impressed with Clerna’s professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring my daughter and I were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. When the times come for me to purchase my second home, there isn’t any question on who the realtor will be.
