She is extremely dedicated to her work and always finds time to meet with you to see a property. She is very trustworthy and honest. She cares deeply about you finding the right home that you love. She is extremely patient. I was a first time buyer and it took a while to find the perfect home for me, but she always was there for me! She communicates well with other listing agents. Nathan was by far the best realtor I’ve ever had. His communication was amazing, quickly responding to texts and emails, while always answering his phone and being available. Through the process we realized I had an open permit with the city, stalling the sale of the house. Nathan was incredibly helpful dealing with this issue, which involved many calls to the city and the contractor. I feel that Nathan went well above and beyond to help me get the permit closed with the city so we could close on the house.
