8,207 real estate agents in Palm Beach County

Daniel Merced has a wealth of knowledge in real estate. From the beginning, Daniel would discuss (when asked) the pros and cons of the various neighborhoods and homes we visited; never swaying my decision but just matter of fact. It was refreshing to have that honesty rather than dealing with agents who boast a home merely for the potential transaction. And when we went through multiple homes with no luck, Daniel never seem irritated or had a negative attitude. He would always say "don't worry, there's a house out there for you and we'll find it." This was beyond comforting and it showed his tireless work ethic. I couldn't be happier in my new home and I owe immense gratitude to Daniel Merced. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their real estate agent.
