Working with Marni was a pleasure from start to finish. Marni goes the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience from the beginning. Always at every showing, Marni went the extra mile to make certain all buyer’s questions were answered and she offered features and benefits of not only my home, but my particular street, the community, and our city. She is very familiar with the area and was able to provide appropriate answers to questions that were asked as far as schools, distances to various locations, sports programs for children, etc. Marni was always prompt and trustworthy. I always received a complete verbal accounts of each showing and her feelings about the buyers and their needs. A true professional, I’d be remiss if I didn’t give her a 10 of 10 stars.
