I was pretty specific about what I wanted. Jeff took all of my requirements into consideration and found a unique home well within the budget. What I most appreciated about him was he was willing to go and look at homes on my behalf while I was in New York and he was in Florida. He was very responsive to new listings and acted fast in a hot market. The prompt text replies and FaceTime videos of properties made me comfortable enough to buy a place ‘sight-unseen’.
