My wife and I had lived in our home for 40 years. Needless to say We had accumulated many things over those years. It could and in some ways was a traumatic overwhelming experience. Donna helped guide us through all the things that were necessary to make our home viewable to potential buyers. She gave us many selling tips that we followed to prepare for the sale. She kept us informed of comments made buy potential buyers and always told us about upcoming open houses and single home showings. She knew our neighborhood well and was fully aware of the communities amenities that she informed all potential buyers of the advantages of living in Loggers Run in Boca Raton. Donna was always professional, friendly and courteous. She helped us negotiate a number of things when we finally did get towards or final sale. We could not thank her enough for all of her hard work from the beginning to the final sale and Closing. We would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
