It was an emotional time for me. I was faced with selling my sisters home after her death. As one of two trustees we asked Paula to help. We were not able to be in Portland for the process. I Iive in Texas and the other trustee Iives.in Wyoming. All of our communication was handed by phone. Paula advised us as to things needing to be done to get the most value. We followed her advice and received more than was expected. Paula was sensitive to my feelings, professional and knowledgeable. She was a real blessing to us and I would highly recommend her to anyone that asked.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley on multiple occasions. She helped me sell my grandmother’s home, sell a previous home, and also purchase my current home—and each time she has been absolutely phenomenal. Ashley consistently goes above and beyond, exercising creativity and strategic thinking, especially when the market was slow while selling my grandmothers home, most recently! She maintained complete professionalism, even in challenging situations with neighbors, and handled every step of the process with grace. Ashley is incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly. Her dedication and expertise make her someone you can trust completely in buying or selling a home. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Yamuna was amazing to work with. She helped up find an amazing home and listened to all our needs! The sellers of our home left an absurd amount of stuff behind and even after our sale was final and complete Yamuna stepped in and helped us sort things out with the difficult seller. Couldn't have had a better realtor!
