Laurent went above and beyond helping us purchase an investment property for our daughter. The duplex we bought was the third transaction we worked with her on / the first two didnt work out. We are so grateful for Tom and all the hard work he did for us. From the little things like bringing us our favorite Starbucks drinks, to more substantial stuff like providing us with a free home inspection, radon testing, and paying for a staging consultation from an interior designer, everything he did made the process feel smooth. And in the end we found a new house we love, and sold our existing house in under 48 hours with multiple offers for way above what we'd hoped for. Highly highly recommend him.
