Susan is a true professional. She went above and beyond to ensure our home was ready to be put on the market. She recommended certain improvements that enhanced the value of our home and helped us establish an asking price that was attractive to the most potential buyers at the time and for the area. While we were away, Susan made sure our home was taken care of. She ensured certain lights were on at night and turned off during the day and the house was secure at all times. She is well known in the area and worked close with potential buyer's agents. She ensured showings were coordinated through us to make sure our home was always ready to show. When it was time to negotiate with prospective buyers, Susan provided great feedback that ensured we were able to come to mutual agreements. This is a tough task, but Susan's tact and knowledge always provided the information we needed. Susan has a personal touch that just made the process easy for us. We spoke with Jen just to see if a realtor was right for us. We had the naive idea that we might be able to successfully sell our house ourselves.
