This is not the first deal I've done with Gina Rice and not by accident. I have purchased nine houses in my lifetime and I would say, the last two I have done with Gina, have been the smoothest transactions so far. Gina is professional, yet easy going and accommodating. Sometimes, I want the honest truth and I don't want the fluff, Gina’s straightforward nature is just what I need during those times.
