He is Responsive - any question I had, he got back to me right away and made sure I was satisfied with the answer. We looked at many houses with Seth and he never seemed put out, was always charing-- putting his best foot forward. And he helped us get a house that was appraised at a much higher value than what we paid for it! He got the repairs I needed done by doing some great negotiating with the sellers.
