Rick was easy to work with. I appreciated his advice for getting our house ready for selling. He kept and eye on my budget and recommended things I could afford that would have an impact. I also appreciated the advice he gave when it came time to accepting offers. His experience showed. I am impressed with some post-sale customer service Rick gave too. The ink was dry and the funds had been transferred when I discovered and issue. To close out the garbage service account for the home, I needed to leave the garbage cans on the curb. I didn't. I left them locked in the garage of a home I no longer had a key to (or the right to enter). I also don't live in the area. Rick and team to the rescue. They contacted the new owner for me (saving me from a awkward situation), and then went to the house to put the cans on the curb on the correct day. It might not seem like a big deal, but I really appreciate Rick's willingness to help even though our business had concluded. Thank you Rick.
