For this transaction, she went above and beyond, spent so much time ensuring all details were covered, did a wonderful job communicating with the sellerās agent and mortgage team, coordinated every single action item and was also physically there throughout the entire process! (Walk throughs, inspection, inspection follow-ups, signing, etc.). Our escrow was less than 30 days from start to finish, due to Amyās due diligence and follow-through. Her love for real estate is obvious by how she leaves no stone unturned, and we have an incredible high level of trust for her. Andreea was so wonderful during our entire process! We knew the neighborhood that we wanted to look at and she was able to give us way more info than we could find online, and was available when we needed her. She was so kind and supportive through the entire process. I was so happy that she advocated for us with lender communication and was at signing to answer any questions we had. She was genuinely as excited as we were, which was so lovely. We've been telling all our friends & family about how great Andreea is! We're so happy to also know her as a person now :)
