Kenzie is very knowledgeable regarding the Bend neighborhoods, pros and cons of each. She is competent in home repairs and remodeling so quick with resolutions to questions on condition of homes we visited. All recommendations on inspections regarding multiple home systems were excellent, we will be those companies in the future. She is quick with any correspondence to address our questions and concerns . Most importantly she is a very pleasant person and had our best interest in mind.

She was always the first one to call. So attentive, we felt like we were her only client. We did have issues come up in the inspection. There were repairs that needed to be addressed. I have never worked with a negotiator as capable as Paula. I feel more like we made a family friend, rather than just hired a realtor. I definitely can’t recommend her high enough. I’ll not use anyone else.
