I am fortunate to meet Mark Thomas when searching for a home to purchase in Salem, Oregon. At first he was reperesenting the seller. I then used Mark to represent me as the buyer at a different home. Mark is very personable, available and responsive. During the offer and negotiation process, Mark stood firm in what we were asking and even negotiated a one year home warrenty into the final offer. Mark made this entire experience enjoyable with very little stress. I found Mark fron the onset to be genuine, and most important, he is honest. I highly recommend Mark Thomas to represent any seller or buyer in the greater Salem area, or whatever market he chooses to represent others in.

I was literally not even looking to buy a place and this fell in my lap. Mark answered all of my many questions, as this was a first time buying situation for me. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this agent! If I am ever in the buying or selling game I will use his services again!

Mark and Debbie were so enjoyable to work with. They represented me as a buyer and spent a whole day showing me properties that I was interested in. They were extremely thorough in the showing process as they had every property in order of our viewings with an itinerary of the day. They negotiated a fantastic deal and were completely attentive to every detail from start to close. I was 100% satisfied with their level of service and would highly recommend them. They receive 5 starts from me without a doubt!!!

Melissa was great to work with and helped us with finding inspectors for a number of different areas of our new house. She even called and met with a number of them if we were unable due to schedule conflicts. We would recommend her 100%.

I met Melissa a couple years before she helped my mom sell her home. She built the relationship from that first meeting and when things changed and my mom decided she wasn’t ready to sell, Melissa was kind and understanding. She said she would be there if we needed her in the future and she was. She left a positive impression! Fast forward 2 years later, I remembered and thought of her immediately. I contacted her needing help because my mom’s health made it necessary to sell her place unexpectedly. Melissa was there for me and showed up with short notice to assist with preparing my mom’s home for sale, communicating consistently with updates and going above and beyond for my elderly mom. She removed the stress, anxiety and overwhelm and I will be forever thankful! She is knowledgeable, supportive, authentic, genuine, compassionate and really looked out for my mom’s best interest through the entire process. She was a true blessing. I highly recommend Melissa if you’re looking for someone you can count on!! She is the BEST!

From start to finish, my realtor was amazing. They truly listened to what I wanted, were always available to answer questions, and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them.
