Jennifer was an amazing realtor! I tend to be an anxious person but she was extremely responsive and eased all of my worries throughout the process. We both bought and sold through her. The buying process had a few hurdles that she managed without breaking a sweat! In the end we got the first home we put an offer on (insane in this market!) and closed on time with no issues outside some inspectors that tried to pull a fast one on us (seriously, ALWAYS get a second quote.) The selling process was so easy I barely registered it was happening. Jennifer handled everything so we were able to move into our new home without worries. We had been looking for our first home with a different agent and ended up at a point where it was time to give up or find a different agent. I know of Jens agency through a long time friend and after finally having enough I gave them a call. We had met with Jen and Mike the next day and within hours of that Jen was meeting us at a home that was brand new, in our area and had the perfect size lot. Because of our previous experience we had hope but were very skeptical on if we would actually get into this house. We found out the next day our offer was accepted and now we have the perfect home in the perfect location and the process went absolutely perfect. We are extremely thankful for her knowledge and how absolutely awesome she is!
