I am fortunate to meet Mark Thomas when searching for a home to purchase in Salem, Oregon. At first he was reperesenting the seller. I then used Mark to represent me as the buyer at a different home. Mark is very personable, available and responsive. During the offer and negotiation process, Mark stood firm in what we were asking and even negotiated a one year home warrenty into the final offer. Mark made this entire experience enjoyable with very little stress. I found Mark fron the onset to be genuine, and most important, he is honest. I highly recommend Mark Thomas to represent any seller or buyer in the greater Salem area, or whatever market he chooses to represent others in.
