We had a highly competitive process when we bought our house. 3 full price offers within 24 hours of list, and Adam was able to navigate us through the process to create the strongest offer. When we went to sell, the market was equally hot, and he helped us do minor renovations that he thought would make the biggest difference. And they sure did! we got about $2.50 for every $1 we put in. We had some hardships with our sewer line and roof through inspections, and Adam was able to lead us through the deal and maximize what we could sell the house for. He's very knowledgeable and a great guy to boot! Would definitely recommend.
