I had the pleasure of working with Michelle on a real estate transaction where she represented the seller and I represented the buyer. This was a short sale deal, which took a lot of extra steps to make happen. Michelle did amazing with keeping me in the loop with active communication. Really enjoyed going through this process with her and look forward to doing it again in the future.

We interviewed several real estate agents to help us sell our home in Beaverton. Troy Doty was well prepared and made a professional impression right from the start. He provides a well rounded set of services for a very competitive fee, most importantly for us was that he had a significant number of recent sales in our market. Communication with Troy was excellent throughout the entire sale process, he kept us up to date on anything that was happening and was easy to get hold of when needed. In the lead up to listing our property Troy provided great feedback on what things to pay attention to. Troy recommended several companies for staging our home, but since we were still living in the home we ended up doing some of the staging ourselves, while Troy did digital staging of some of the other rooms. Troy reviewed the professional photography with us before our listing went live, he also added drone footage of the area surrounding our property and a 3D tour of the home. We especially liked the live floorplan that allows prospective buyers to click on rooms in the floorplan and see the corresponding pictures. Once our listing went live we had healthy interest from buyers and went pending within 3 days. Troy was invaluable during the inspection period that followed because a fair number of issues popped up during inspection. Troy’s construction background and relations with plumbers, electricians, etc, helped to keep the process well grounded, costs in check and the sale on track. All throughout, Troy was a great partner and we can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Troy!

We worked primarily with Kenny and Val. The presentation of a team based structure was very helpful for a busy family with a young toddler. Pre-sale - the team had a lot of great analytics and understanding of how to position the market. They also have tremendous contacts with handymen, landscapers, etc to make sure that the houe is ready to go. Post-Offer is where they team really shines (in my opinion). They are truly project managers at heart. They are extremely organized and helpful in facilitating the sale and getting all the things needed to get done. Our house had some repairs that needed to be done post inspection and the team was unbelievable in quarterbacking and making sure we had a smooth closing. Entire team is great. Extra special shoutout to Kenny and Val who we dealt with on a daily/weekly basis.
