Kris Simpson has been our realtor on two purchases in Highlands 55+ Community and one sale in the community. From the time she first showed us each condo we purchased to the time we signed the final papers she has been with us. She kept us updated at all times as the paper work was processed, helped us through a mortgage process and arranged quick closings for us. She attended the closings, getting answers to questions we had during the closings, and arranged for a notary to come to Highlands to do the closing on our newly purchased condo this summer.
