This is our second transaction with Diana in the last 3 years. It took almost 2 full years to find a home to purchase. We looked at dozens of properties during that time, and she was always patient and encouraging. She was only concerned with finding us the right property for our needs, and helped us maintain our focus in this crazy marketplace. She is thorough, knowledgeable and diligent. She answered our countless questions and provided objective feedback. Diana knows the marketplace and has great working relationships with everyone involved in the home buying process. Paul is not comparable with any other agent whom I have experienced before; lead the way based on his market analysis and his experience, was patient enough to listen to the client’s demands - sometimes too much honestly - , was alway instantly responsive transparently, and even after closing the deal. More than anything else he has been very friendly like an old bud. I will look for him again. Actually I am now working with him for another project.

Vince gave us an action plan and listing price on our first meeting. He offered to provide the labor needed make any improvements, repairs, and staging needed to increase the selling price of the house. He worked with us during the time we moved out of the house to the time he was able to list and start working on the house. The first day of the listing he received an "As is" offer and immediately informed us of the offer. We accepted the offer with a very short escrow period. Vince helped us when we had to move our items out and cleaned up the items we did not move.
