Not only does she make herself VERY available to answer our questions and inquiries, but she also is an incredible communicator with other agents and lenders, gathering the information we needed to make educated decisions while also representing us to them as strong buyers. Listing agents were enthusiastic to work with her (and therefore, us) because of this, helping us stand out from the horde of other buyers in this saturated market. Truly, my husband and I were are so lucky to partner with someone who genuinely has our best intentions at heart. As easy as it would have been to shake us off earlier by urging us to accept a lesser home, Olesya always stopped to ensure that we were 100% on board with every decision and considering every potential pitfall. When we had an opportunity to move forward with a poorly-located home, she encouraged us to take our time and mull over the decision; when we eventually declined it, she assured us that we had done the right thing, even if it meant more weeks of offer-writing and phone calling for her. I have countless other examples of her prioritizing our needs — but to save the typing, I can just say that they all end in the same thing: Olesya providing guidance but always urging us to follow our instincts, even if it meant more work for her. In short, I could wax poetic about Olesya for days. In addition to all of the above, she is kind-hearted and very funny. We are so lucky to have her in our corner as someone we can consider a gold-standard professional resource, and a personal life-long friend!
