I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team. My wife and I where on vacation for a week and having visited North Carolina last year and absolutely falling in love with the area, we where determined to visit the many communities around North Topsail in search for land to buy. Tina Countryman found us the perfect house . In addition , we felt like we received concierge level service . Tina went way out of her way several times to let in home inspectors , appraisers , workmen giving estimates , etc . The sellers were in a probate situation , as they were an estate of the deceased . This added an additional layer of complexity , but Tina handled it all with grace . She was very reassuring and communicative throughout the process , which was very reassuring . Also her assistant Jayne Andrew’s was phenomenal . They were so awesome , that I’d do an unpaid video testimonial for Tina and the team anytime !!!!
