She took time to really understand what we were looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and dedication truly stood out—she was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep everything moving forward. We always felt like we were in good hands, and her expertise made a huge difference.

First off, I am not a smart guy. I say that because I had to have her explain things to me more than once and it wasn't like pulling teeth as it could have been. During this whole process of preparing the house for sale, I was preparing a cross move. Her ability to multi-task not only what needed to take care of but also to ensure I wasn't missing anything prior to departing the area. I would not trust my sales (and if returning) purchase of a home with anyone else. She is the real deal.

Jennifer was a fantastic realtor to work with selling our home. She was up front and honest, kept us in the loop any time something happened, and helped explain things in an easy-to-understand way. We were first-time sellers, so we had a lot of questions, but Jennifer took it all in stride and helped us make the best decisions, including helping us with setup for photos and making the calls for a handyman and sewage pump for us while we were in the middle of moving to a new city. She made the whole process seamless and I would not hesitate to use her again!

Jennifer kept us up to date on everything that was going on with the house while we was in another state during the sale process. She gives great advice and really works for her clients. I bought the same house that I sold through her and I can’t say enough positive things about her. Top notch realtor!!
