Working with Karen and especially LaDonna, with whom we had more contact, was the best thing that could have happened to us with our recent state to state home sell/buy. We needed a lot of help getting things done in our absence and LaDonna was there at every turn, with anything and everything we needed. We bought our Edmond home physically sight unseen, thanks to the videos LaDonna made of it for us. The house was actually better in person once we got here, so we were very pleased. And the bonus is that both ladies were so easy to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Sarah was fantastic to work with! We went to multiple house showings because we were picky buyers, and Sarah was very patient and kind with us. I never had to wonder if Sarah was working on something, everything was so quickly. Sarah has a team that she works with so if she was unavailable for a showing (which didn’t happen often) she had a team member show us a house. Kat and her team were referred to us by a personal friend at our previous duty station. When I first reached out in our group message and received a response back from Kat's husband, I knew we'd be taken care of! We communicated back and forth via text messaging and had a virtual meeting for first-time OK home buyers. Being a military career family, we had rented for 16 years!!! The buying process was completely new to us and they made it seamless!!! Buying a house in another state would have been stressful with another agent... but NOT with Kat and Mari!!!! We were sent houses to look at weekly and were able to narrow it down to our requirements and location! It all came together when we came to OK for a long weekend and spent HOURS with Mari looking at houses and doing A LOT of discussing, thinking, stressing, etc... but I would not have wanted to go through the process with anyone but Mari (Kat, too!!). We had a chain link fence built so our dogs could be in the backyard... we had our carpets cleaned... we had inspections... ALL with Mari's help!!! I can't say enough GREAT things about Kat and her team!!!! I would 1000% recommend them!!!! They made us feel special and their assistance was SO personalized!!!
