Kat and her team went above and beyond to help me and my wife purchase our first home! They were all very knowledgeable and made the entire process simple and easy for the home buyer. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had and kept us up to date throughout the entire process.

Abby was the person assigned to help us from day one and she is an absolute gem to work with! Her communication was efficient and we knew what was happening at every stage. Even during that gray area where you’re just holding your breath while everything goes through. Our experience was unique in that we needed to secure housing while PCSing from overseas. Abby was happy to physically go door to door for us to figure out what our priorities were in a home. She and her team were our eyes and ears throughout the entire process and we can confidently say now that we are in our home and settling that they did exactly what they promised! They were present for the inspections and walkthroughs, handled all the moving pieces of the electronic documents, communicated on our behalf despite the time difference and continue to be available to us after for questions about little odds and ends. We are first time home buyers and this was a HUGE decision to make in our position. We didn’t know where to begin. I can confidently say we made informed decisions along the way thanks to Abby and the Kat Kosmala Group. We are so pleased with our home!

Our time with Kat was absolutely phenomenal. We were in a really bad time crunch because of a different realtor and asked for her help and she jumped all in and showed us real time market rates and comparables. Due to our family having to relocate out of state she and her team communicated everything in detail so we were not confused about any part of selling our house. She helped guide us through every hurdle, she and her team truly did go above and beyond by taking on cutting our yard themselves after numerous failed attempts to get a reliable company out for lawn care/maintenance. I truly can't express how happy, thankful and gracious my family and I were to have her and her team on our side!

We truly could not have asked for a better realtor or team to help us buy our first home! My husband and I were moving from New Jersey to Oklahoma City on military PCS orders, which meant we were working with a pretty tight timeline while also trying to navigate buying a home for the very first time. From the beginning, they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel so easy and manageable. They listened to exactly what we were looking for, respected our budget, worked around our timeline, and made sure we never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Being first-time homebuyers, we had what felt like a million questions (and probably some very silly ones 😂), but they never once made us feel like a bother. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner. What meant the most to us was how genuinely supported we felt throughout the entire process. Moving halfway across the country on military orders comes with enough stress on its own, and somehow buying our first home ended up being one of the smoothest parts of the entire move. That says everything about the level of care, communication, and effort they put into their clients. We ended up with a home we absolutely love, within our budget, and on the timeline we needed. We are so incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them in a heartbeat, especially to military families, first-time homebuyers, or anyone relocating to the OKC area.
