We ultimately chose a home that Caitlin toured for us via 360-video. The video, along with her honest thoughts and feedback about the house made us comfortable enough to place an offer on it without being physically present. Kat & Caitlin gave us all the support and their knowledge we needed to shape our offer and then subsequently help us come up with a realistic treatment and repair plan prior to taking ownership of the house.
