We first bought our house with the help of Kat and Mari. They made the buying process so easy, especially for first-time buyers, and this time around, my husband and I were first-time sellers! The buying process started when my husband was stationed overseas and I was stateside. Kat and Mari went out of their way by doing video chats to show us homes. With all of their help, we were able to find our home in a reasonable amount of time and had no problems with the buying process. They walked us from beginning to end and were there to answer any and all questions during the process. The selling process was even easier, thanks to the team of experts. My husband had already transferred to his next duty station, which left me doing all of the leg work of getting the house prepared to get on the market. The team regularly checked in on me, was there for me as a friend, and also helped me make a priority list. Our house was under contract within a week of being on the market due to guidance from Kat and Mari. We will repeatedly recommend Kat's team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
