39 real estate agents in Midwest City

Pam just did a more than wonderfully great job listing, showing and helping close the purchase of the home on Southeast 8th in Midwest City. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.

Pam Barton-Stober with the House of Realty Group has been a totally outstanding broker, realtor, property manager and a wonderful partner with our home in Midwest City, OK. This partnership has been a truly personal journey with Pam and her team renting this house in 1988 while we were with the Air Force at Tinker AFB, OK. As with military moves, we rented it due to an overseas assignment. Our hopes were to come back to our home--unfortunately our return assignment to the USA did not bring us back to OK. Pam managed our rental while we were overseas, and managed our property after that for over 37 years! She and her team NEVER missed any coordination/collaboration needed to maintain the property with the high standards she exemplifies. She never wavered on any task, challenge, or issue--each and every one of them was addressed successfully by her and the team. As time progressed, we were approaching retirement and it was time to consider selling our beloved home. She gave us top-notch advisement on what and how we should do that. The sale went through seamlessly and seeing the young family that moved in was a comfort to know our home would be theirs and continue to be a cornerstone for them as it was for us. This has been such a wonderful journey as she was not just our partner with our home, but also a dear friend and someone we considered a family member. Such an amazing journey with Pam and her team through all these years and sad that came to an end. However, our hearts will always be with them, and we will definitely advocate for Pam and the House of Realty Group in any realty services they provide--absolutely unparalleled!! Our thanks Pam and to your great team!!

I have used Pam many times to represent me either in buying or selling a property. She always makes sure to explain the deal and give you advice on how to improve your deal. She has many aquaintances to help with everything that might need to be addressed. By far, one of the best agents you could ever ask for!

I bought a house with her and sold a house with her. Kim did an excellent job marketing my house. Open houses and a broker event showcased my home to local real estate offices. Her professionalism was 5 star. I will use Kim for all future real estate needs.

Kim made the entire home buying process smooth and stress-free. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Kim is a great realtor for a lot of reasons. She will get you a great price and get it sold quickly. I imagine those are the two things everyone really wants out of a realtor. Her designer was able to recommend some affordable modifications to what was our rent house to allow it to fetch top dollar. It did. She also has a very caring and compassion nature about her which goes beyond what one would expect out of a realtor (in a good way). My wife and I can't recommend Kim enough and should we ever need to sell or buy a house she would most definitely be our realtor.

Working w/ Susan Planer was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She demonstrated professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine passion in helping my mother sell her home. She was attentive to our questions and made us feel confident through every step of the process. The process was relatively stress-free which we credit to Susan. Susan went above and beyond to meet my mother's expectations. If we ever need a realtor again, Susan will be our choice. We can't recommend her highly enough!

I have used Susan on several transactions and she is on top of her game. She is honest, extremely energetic and quick to returns messages. She is very knowledgeable, offers solutions to issues that come up and knows a handful of reasonable, exceptional and trustworthy inspection contractor contacts and I highly recommend her for any of your reality needs.

Susan was knowledgeable and courteous in serving my needs for the sake of the property.
