This partnership has been a truly personal journey with Pam and her team renting this house in 1988 while we were with the Air Force at Tinker AFB, OK. As with military moves, we rented it due to an overseas assignment. Our hopes were to come back to our home--unfortunately our return assignment to the USA did not bring us back to OK. Pam managed our rental while we were overseas, and managed our property after that for over 37 years! She and her team NEVER missed any coordination/collaboration needed to maintain the property with the high standards she exemplifies. She never wavered on any task, challenge, or issue--each and every one of them was addressed successfully by her and the team. As time progressed, we were approaching retirement and it was time to consider selling our beloved home. She gave us top-notch advisement on what and how we should do that. The sale went through seamlessly and seeing the young family that moved in was a comfort to know our home would be theirs and continue to be a cornerstone for them as it was for us. This has been such a wonderful journey as she was not just our partner with our home, but also a dear friend and someone we considered a family member. Such an amazing journey with Pam and her team through all these years and sad that came to an end. However, our hearts will always be with them, and we will definitely advocate for Pam and the House of Realty Group in any realty services they provide--absolutely unparalleled!! Gail did a wonderful job in walking through selling our house. We purchased the home with Gail's help and then she was our listing agent as well. No problems and we sold the house in the winter when much of the rest of the other listings stayed on the market. Would fully recommend her to anyone in the east OKC area.
