Kara was very easy to keep in touch with - both by phone and email. She was very quick with responses and always one step ahead of everything. As first time home buyers, we had several questions. She took so much time to sit and walk us through the contract and make sure we understood the entire process. We were always kept up to date about the process. When touring homes, she was very knowledgeable and honest about the quality of each home. A very kind, outgoing personality that made the entire process a ton of fun. We would absolutely recommend her to everyone!

The last year and a half was so difficult to navigate with losing our house and rebuilding it, and Kara was a beacon in the darkness. Motivated to help, hardworking, and efficient. She handled things for us when we moved states and was incredibly proactive and kind. She is straightforward, too. It was a blessing. I noticed a duplex on Realtor.com that sold quickly and above list price with Kara as the listing realtor so I contacted her about listing two separate duplexes for me. One of my duplexes had an especially difficult tenant and Kara handled the situation with class. She also assisted greatly in lining up contractors for several repairs that needed done to close and they were quite reasonable in price. I would have struggled with that at my distance from the properties. I highly recommend Kara.
