Kat and her team were referred to us by a personal friend at our previous duty station. When I first reached out in our group message and received a response back from Kat's husband, I knew we'd be taken care of! We communicated back and forth via text messaging and had a virtual meeting for first-time OK home buyers. Being a military career family, we had rented for 16 years!!! The buying process was completely new to us and they made it seamless!!! Buying a house in another state would have been stressful with another agent... but NOT with Kat and Mari!!!! We were sent houses to look at weekly and were able to narrow it down to our requirements and location!
