A BIG Thank You to Shannon Parkerson for helping me renovate & prepare my house for sale. She was always in contact and patient with me through the months of my continual home updates & improvements and EXTREMELY helpful (a life-saver at times) with providing me contact phone numbers & names of individuals & businesses specializing in the jobs I needed done to fix & prepare my home for sale. Shannon responded to all my questions and inquiries in a very timely manner & her knowledge of the housing market and know-how in advising me on how to sell my house exceeded my expectations. Several times early-on I almost sold my house to other home buyers who contacted me because they heard via word-of-mouth that I was selling my home before I had placed it on the market, but I listened to Shannon’s advice to place my house up for sale on the market through her realty company in order to financially obtain my best return-on-investment (she claimed home sellers earn up to 20% more for their home that way) and WOW; Shannon was right! THE best decision I made during the preparation & sale of my house was contacting the right person; no doubt that being Shannon Parkerson. I would more-than-highly-recommend Shannon Parkerson to any home seller in her market if they want to get the absolute best financial return-on-investment for their home.
