She explained everything in thorough detail and set me up to get pre-approved within the week. We has showings set up within 2 weeks of that first meeting and an offer made a few days after that. She was great in guiding me through what she thought was fair considering the market and we were under contract less than a week later. She was responsive and professional in every hurdle we met throughout the contract period and went above and beyond for my benefit. I could not recommend her more.
