They responded to our calls and emails promptly. They would listen to our views and opinions and then gave us the pros and cons. Examples stretching the carpet. We had it stretched. We were selling pretty much as is, they explained the pluses and the minuses. They did have us do a few things we had not thought of. Taking down the draperies for one.
