She provided us with a detailed analysis of our home markets, gave us recommendations to improve our home's attraction to buyers, and even provided several accent pieces in our home. She had an Open House very quickly after the listing. She always provided us with timely and informed updates for every step. Christina was always on our side through-out the entire sales process including the contracts, requested repairs, closing requirements, and follow-up after the sale. I would highly recommend Christina for the purchase or sale of your home and yes I would also use her again when needed.

Jessica consistently was available and attentive through the entire process. My house went on the market quickly and then almost just as quickly a bidding war began. She guided me through the offers and helped me understand each one. Once we had picked an offer, everything seemed fine. Then there was a few hiccups at closing, and she immediately stepped in addressed the problems alleviated me of dealing with mistakes that had nothing to do with me and behind the scenes made the closing as easy as possible. Through the entire process from putting my house on the market until closing, she was consistently available. Texted me to check and make sure if I had any questions or needed anything and guided me through the steps of selling my house.
