Christina was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I worked with Christina for almost 5 months to find the perfect house for me. I am a first time home buyer and was extremely anxious throughout the process. Christina was readily available, responsive, and quick to respond to any question that I had. If there was more information needed to answer my question, she did the research and got back with me in a timely manner. I cannot say enough kind things about her. She informed me and educated me on how to maintain a home, what to look for when purchasing a home, and how to move forward through set backs. I have already referred her to 3 of my buddies who are looking to buy in the area within the next year. From day one, Christina provided expert knowledge of the real estate market. Her communication was on point. Texts, emails, and phone calls were professional and friendly. She was able to intuitively read my wife's and my concerns, sometimes before we could put them into words. So many times we appreciated how she worked behind the scenes on our behalf. Jessica consistently was available and attentive through the entire process. My house went on the market quickly and then almost just as quickly a bidding war began. She guided me through the offers and helped me understand each one. Once we had picked an offer, everything seemed fine. Then there was a few hiccups at closing, and she immediately stepped in addressed the problems alleviated me of dealing with mistakes that had nothing to do with me and behind the scenes made the closing as easy as possible. Through the entire process from putting my house on the market until closing, she was consistently available. Texted me to check and make sure if I had any questions or needed anything and guided me through the steps of selling my house.
