Jessica consistently was available and attentive through the entire process. My house went on the market quickly and then almost just as quickly a bidding war began. She guided me through the offers and helped me understand each one. Once we had picked an offer, everything seemed fine. Then there was a few hiccups at closing, and she immediately stepped in addressed the problems alleviated me of dealing with mistakes that had nothing to do with me and behind the scenes made the closing as easy as possible. Through the entire process from putting my house on the market until closing, she was consistently available. Texted me to check and make sure if I had any questions or needed anything and guided me through the steps of selling my house.

We got hit with every problem with this house from mold and other issues to the seller suddenly upside down two days before closing but Jess took each issue and helped us move forward like a boss.
