A lot of people have a realtor that do a good job but not many can say they have a realtor any more conscious of the entire transaction. From helping move, clean and even taken time out of her schedule to house sit & wait on the cable company to do an installation. She is a RARE GEM for sure!!!

My home was a For Sale By Owner, Kim was the buyers agent, BUT helpful on both sides. She did whatever she had to to close the deal. Highly recommend!!

Very knowledgeable of the overall process from beginning to end. Always keeping us updated when & how things were being handled. Works great with all parties involved and very professional. Would recommend her rather selling or looking for your dream home.
