I was a first time buyer living overseas during my entire search. Kathy was a great educator and ally during my search! Chris did an outstanding job with getting our house sold. He was always engaged and kept me up to date on everything. He helped us with ensuring the house was in the best condition before it was listed. He effectively put the word out that our house was going to be listing which resulting in what seemed like endless showings to people who wanted to see the house. By the end of the 2nd day of it being listed, we had so many offers that we had to stop showings just to keep up and review the offers we had received.
