Todd Siegrist was great at helping me sell my home. I moved to Central Florida, so my house in the Florida Panhandle was vacant, but still costing me a mortgage payment and the utilities. He made sure we were where we needed to be on the asking price. He did a great job in advertising it and finding potential clients. My house did need some TLC, which he made sure was taken care of in an expedient and low-cost manner. I will be forever grateful for Todd helping me take a large burden off my shoulders.

Todd Siegrist was extremely instrumental in helping my mom and I sell her home. His advice was spot on and we were able to sell with confidence. He understands the market and ensured we were priced accordingly. He explained the best way for us to handle any issues that arose in the best and least expensive manner. When something required repairing or changing, he found the contractor for us, which saved us a lot of stress in trying to find the best person or company for the job. He insured we were kept informed when potential buyers were viewing our home. Feedback from the other realtors was very important to us and he made sure we had that feedback. Overall, we are very satisfied with the end result. We would definitely use him again.
