Emily is nothing short of incredible. We have worked with her on the purchase of two homes - a conventional purchase three years ago, and more recently a VA purchase. Both times she has been insightful, responsive, supportive, and even our lender loved working with her. On our first purchase, we bought the home sight unseen - but it didn't feel like that, because every step of the way she communicated with us through text, email, and even FaceTime so we could see the house in real time. There were no surprises when we showed up and got the keys. Emily is kind, patient, and so good at helping us see both the big picture and the small details of the homes we've been interested in. On our recent VA purchase, she helped us negotiate an awesome purchase price, and made sure we had all the inspections needed so that we could make an informed decision about moving forward. She advocated with the sellers' agents for needed repairs, and we felt so well taken care of throughout the whole process. We have worked with realtors in other states, and Emily is by far the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We absolutely love her and will recommend her to anyone and everyone we know!
