Cora is amazing! I spoke with her about my wants and timeline and she was able to help me find my first home. Cora was very involved, quick to get me information on houses we looked at, and answered my countless questions. She showed me over 15 houses and was knowledgeable about each one. When I was ready to make the final decision, Cora walked me through the offer process as well. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Cora Rasmussen! 10/10 would recommend her every.single.time.

Cora was great to work with, we have used her both buying and selling.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and we were fortunate enough to have found Cora and the Realty One Group to guide us through the process. Cora has been with us every step of the way, making the entire process much more manageable. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond with every detail, from finding lenders, insurance providers, and inspectors to countless other tasks. She always made herself available to us, answering calls and emails no matter the time of day or night. We greatly appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and strong work ethic. After each conversation, she would lay out the following steps, ensuring we knew what to expect. When showing us homes, she pointed out the positive aspects and potential issues, such as maintenance items or other concerns. We never felt pressured to buy a house, but instead felt like she was a mentor, guiding us to make the best decision for our family. Even after the purchase, she continued to be responsive to our questions. Cora has become a dear friend, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Her warm and approachable personality made working with her a true pleasure.
