Rachel gave of her own personal resources to help the house sale. She had both New and used material that she invested in the sale of his home. She went to Home Depot to measure front door carpet. And that’s just for starters. She brought in nice wick furniture to stage in show the beauty of the home. She spent 7+ hours cleaning and organizing the home. She painted the mailbox to bring unity and bring out this clarity. The neighbor came across the street and asked about our interior decorator. He was shocked to find out this was actually our realtor that works so feverishly and with a spirit of excellence Invested in our home. She was in constant contact with the seller of the home. I have often had to chase Realtors to find out the status of our home after a showing. Not Rachel! Always communicating. She would often arbitrate Between the buyer and the seller - often representing the seller very well to the buyer, while privately sharing what we as the seller could’ve done better to make a deal. She was in constant watch of the movement of the market as she often said the market is not stable and is ever changing. Always reading the market & on top of what is fair value for 2026. I’ve had top five realtors representing us, but was often difficult to contact. But Rachel has stayed constantly communicating with us several times a week throughout this whole ordeal. Even as she was closing the deal on our next home, she was doing the work of the other Realtor, (which she shouldn’t have had to have done), to bring clarity of the responsibilities of a buyer that had to be met before the purchase of a home. She was selfless, warm, and very positive about the sale of our home. She is the best Realtor that walks to face of the Earth. I’ve had several throughout my tenure, and NONE worked like she did - PERIOD. In fact, it has elevated from business associate, to family. We absolutely love her. You won’t find a better Realtor than Rachel Latta. Hats off. She’s the best!

Andrea was so kind to us and had patience navigating us through the entire process. As an "older" couple who has not bought or sold a house in a long time, the process seemed a little daunting to us-especially all of the online forms :) But Andrea was so helpful in explaining every step and getting us through it all.
