Shannon was able to constantly show us as many houses we could as quickly as possible. We had a huge time crunch and she definitely helped us meet our timeline the best she could with what was on the market! Give her a cup of coffee and she is good to go! Can’t go wrong with Shannon! We appreciate her efforts on our purchase!

Worked with John Hilyard, he was absolutely Amazing! I can’t say enough about John! Professional insight, feedback, and transparency during walk throughs is what you want & need out of your Realtor, John carries it all. I know there’s a lot of good agents in the Toledo area, but personally John is the Best. Moving forward John will be the only Realtor that I call and do business with on my future properties.

We recently purchased a new home after many months of looking at houses for sale in and around the Toledo area. Shortly after we began looking we connected with Lisa and never looked back. She is very professional and knowledgeable of the real estate process and market. In addition, she seeks to understand what your needs and desires are and then works to get those met. She consistently communicated in a clear and timely manner and answered all questions we had. She also went above and beyond in providing additional information and resources when requested. Upon finding a house we wanted to purchase, we asked Lisa for a recommendation on a reasonable amount to offer. Her recommendation strategy and formula resulted in a competitive offer that was selected over 6 others. Our offer exceeded the other top offer by a very small margin to ensure being the top bidder but not paying any more than necessary. We highly recommend Lisa!
